WORK MODEL #LI-OnSiteWHAT YOU WILL DO• Provide data and program analysis for sales and service experience initiatives and projects.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to management and regional teams, including Delivery App, Connected Services enrollment, Retail Advisor sustainment, and other key KPIs.
• Develop new reports to support NHQ and Genesis regional management needs.
• Provide program management support for retail experience initiatives such as retailer evaluations, advisor consulting, service solutions, and contests.
• Lead App upgrade testing; manage QC for the Trainer & Advisor Portal (GTAP); host weekly touch-base meetings with documentation; track projects and support daily troubleshooting for retailers and field teams.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on day-to-day operational and technical matters; support purchasing, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Hyundai counterparts, Customer Feedback teams, and vendors to analyze trends, improve surveys, refine questions and design, and prepare data-driven presentations.
• Identify opportunities through retailer performance data, guest verbatim, competitive analysis, and industry best practices to enhance guest experience.
• Support system implementations, database management, IT coordination, and SAP activities (e.g., RDR reports, test VINs).
• Develop reports, presentations, and communications for sales and service experience programs.
• Oversee vendor performance, including defining scope, monitoring quality, and approving deliverables; escalate to management as needed.
• Interface with national and regional management and partner cross-functionally to implement programs.
• Support team members and additional projects as required.
