Responsibilities - Auto Service Technician/Mechanic:
- Perform auto repair/maintenance work based on experience and certifications
- Inspect vehicle and identify/diagnose any problems
- Test components using diagnostic tools
- Provide labor and time estimates for repairs
- Repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. in accordance with dealership standards
- Test drive vehicle before and after repairs
- Learn new information in training sessions
Qualifications - Auto Service Technician/Mechanic:
- Automotive Repair Tech/Mechanic experience is required
- Factory trained and/or trade school training preferred
- All previous automotive experience will be considered
- Versatile in skills and tasks performed
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
