Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:
- Perform maintenance and repair work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, braking, suspension, and A/C
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance (entry-level roles)
- Provide accurate repair recommendations and communicate findings clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology
Qualifications/Requirements - Automotive Technician:
- All experience levels welcome – from lube techs to master technicians
- Prior automotive repair experience preferred (professional or entry-level)
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required
- Technicians from all brands and backgrounds are encouraged to apply (Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc.)
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
