Job Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all car deal sales documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate timely car deal processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Assist in the preparation of financing and leasing paperwork.
- Ensure that all transactions adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all deals processed.
- Provide support to the finance department as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Automotive dealership office and/or title clerk experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
- Good clerical, computer and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
