Job Description :

DPP is seeking an Audio/Visual Technology Support Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work location: Fully onsite

Duration: 12 months

Term: W2 position

Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust).

Position summary:

• This position will work with the primary A/V Analyst doing installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in the environment.
• Provide audio and visual support for Creston and Extron devices.

Required technologies:

• Video chat
• Creston
• Extron
• Microsoft Teams Rooms experience
• Audio and video installation experience

Minimum required work experience:

• 2 years of specific knowledge of the technologies or products to be supported, including 1 year of experience directly supporting the technologies or products.

Required education/equivalencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
• OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
• OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 6 years without a degree)
