Attorney (Transactional/Litigation)

A well-established and growing mid-sized law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney (3+ years of experience) to join its team in Omaha. This role is open to attorneys with experience in transactional or litigation work, including Corporate/M&A, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. The firm offers a collaborative environment, manageable billables, and strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle matters across transactional and/or litigation practice areas
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements or manage litigation cases
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to case/deal strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate/M&A, Estate Planning, or Civil Litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Licensed and in good standing (Nebraska Bar or ability to waive in preferred)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
