Preg O’Donnell & Gillett is hiring a Litigation Associate (5+ years) for our Seattle office, offering meaningful responsibility, flexible work options, and a collaborative, low‑ego environment.

 

Preg O’Donnell & Gillett, a regional, full-service litigation and business firm, is seeking a litigation associate for their Seattle office. We are seeking attorneys with five or more years of experience who are capable of handling matters independently and interact directly with clients on a variety of defense litigation cases.

You’ll handle a diverse litigation practice, including business and commercial disputes, construction and real estate litigation, complex tort matters, and defense work across industries such as transportation, hospitality, and professional services.

Experience in all listed areas is not required.


Qualified candidates must have solid drafting, writing, and researching skills, as well as excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills. Candidates with law firm and case management experience, including deposition, motions practice, and trial experience, encouraged to apply. Washington State Bar membership is required; school law or public entity defense experience is desired but not required. Salary $110K-140K annually DOE plus annual bonuses.
