Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financings (senior/mezzanine/debt), leasing (office, retail, industrial), joint ventures, development structuring, ground leases, and complex title/zoning work for major lenders, developers, institutional investors, and high-profile owners
