A high-end boutique corporate law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (6–8 years) with strong M&A experience to join its growing team.

The Role
You will work on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
• Mergers & acquisitions (core focus)
• Joint ventures and strategic transactions
• Corporate structuring and financings
• Cross-industry deals across sectors such as media, energy, and real estate
Associates are given early responsibility and the opportunity to take a more active role in deal execution and client interaction.
