Our client, a respected and growing national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney (Defense) with a minimum of 2 years of bodily injury experience to join their team. About the Role

The Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of bodily injury matters on behalf of corporate and business clients, handling negotiations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and working directly with company representatives, adjusters, and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in their ability to drive defense cases forward.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• 2+ years of bodily injury or personal injury experience (litigation or pre‑litigation)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and case‑management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger legal team
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred, but not required
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
