The firm is seeking motivated Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its hybrid litigation team in Los Angeles, California. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to handle sophisticated matters while maintaining work-life balance in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and carriers
• Participate in trial preparation and assist at trial as needed
• Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense preferred but open to other civil litigation.
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and discovery

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
