A prestigious full-service business law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructurings.
• Assist with transaction structuring and execution from inception through closing.
• Prepare and review corporate governance documents and organizational materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Analyze legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions.
• Support private and public company transactions involving sophisticated stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of corporate law experience.
• Significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions and related business transactions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.

• Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation capabilities.
