Description

The Boston office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks Associates (2-10 years of experience) and Senior Counsel (10+ years of experience). The ideal candidate should be comfortable and experienced working in a hybrid work environment. They should have experience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions, primarily in state and federal court and arbitration involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other related matters. Experience providing advice and counsel support to clients is preferred. Significant experience in labor and employment law is required. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.


We expect to consider qualified Associate candidates within the range of $210,000 - $300,000 per year and qualified Senior Counsel candidates within the range of $300,000 - $400,000 per year however, we do make hiring decisions based on each candidate’s unique experience, as well as additional factors.
