- Handle Complex, Technology-Driven Disputes –- Work on sophisticated matters spanning patents, trade secrets, AI, software, and emerging technologies at the forefront of innovation!
- Drive Strategy Across Key IP Forums - Manage and shape litigation strategy across federal and state courts, the PTAB, Federal Circuit, and ITC proceedings!
- Oversee All Phases of Litigation - Lead cases from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert strategy, and courtroom advocacy!
