Commercial Litigation Associate Opportunity- Houston, TX

Our client is seeking a 1–3 year Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Houston office. This role offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of commercial disputes, representing clients from small businesses to multinational companies.

What You’ll Work On: Breach of contract, business torts, creditors’ rights, construction defect, fraud/misrepresentation, IP, insurance coverage, non‑compete matters, partnership/shareholder disputes, and more.

What They’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Details:

• Billables: 173 hours/month
• Compensation: ~$130K–$160K (DOE)
• Schedule: In‑office (Houston)
