Houston office of a regional firm is seeking a mid-level Transactional Real Estate attorney
- A current Texas bar license and 4-7 years as a Texas based real estate attorney is required. Additional work in the real estate world is a plus, but the experience as a real estate lawyer is necessary.
- Purchase and Sale Agreement Experience is required.
- Title and leasing experience is preferred.
- The firm is growing the department and is being thoughtful about the replacement, but is doing an initial interviewing quickly.
- The position is in office and located centrally.
