Looking to build a long-term career in medical device sales? Building Block is recruiting on behalf of Paragon 28’s Central Florida team. We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support our growing foot and ankle business across Central Florida.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused heavily on inventory management, logistics coordination, territory support, and customer responsiveness. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, able to manage multiple moving pieces, and willing to work hard behind the scenes to help keep cases and operations running smoothly.
Success in this role requires strong time management, accountability, urgency, and the ability to operate independently in a demanding environment. This is not a traditional desk job, extensive driving, physical activity, and flexibility are essential.
This position serves as a direct pathway into a Medical Device Sales Representative territory for the right individual.
Scope of the Role
Inventory & Logistics Management
- Manage inventory across the territory, including ordering, tracking, delivering and stocking surgical trays and products
- Maintain organization and accountability of inventory at all times
- This is a highly mobile field-based role requiring extensive daily driving throughout the Central Florida territory
Territory Support
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational responsibilities across the territory
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as a reliable operational partner and backup support for the team when needed
Customer & Case Coordination
- Help ensure healthcare providers and facilities have the products and support needed for upcoming procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or inventory-related issues quickly and professionally
- Occasionally assist in surgical settings as needed
Planning & Organization
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, deliveries, and territory activity
- Plan ahead and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Communicate proactively and follow through consistently
On-Call Support
- Be available to support urgent customer and operational needs when required
- Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays may be necessary

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales, operations, logistics, healthcare, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Prior medical field exposure is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
