Role Description

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet organizational goals and client expectations. Core tasks include managing project timelines, overseeing logistics, expediting project processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards through inspections. Additionally, the Associate Project Manager will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, provide project updates, and help resolve project-related challenges. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and managing project milestones effectively.
  • Experience with Inspection processes to maintain quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for efficient coordination and tracking of project operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work both independently and in a hybrid setup.
  • Experience in construction or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is strongly preferred.
