Lynn Gartner Dunne Frigenti & Renke, LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in Melville, NY, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our growing team.

We are a dynamic, client-focused law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in complex civil litigation. Our practice spans a range of areas including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, employment matters, and general liability defense. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal work in a collaborative and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience and a strong foundation in New York civil practice. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in court, and participating in depositions and trials.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in New York (required)
• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with motion practice and court appearances
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
