Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Franklin Park, PA. The Associate will work closely with partners and clients to manage legal cases, draft and review legal documents, conduct in-depth research for case preparation, and provide strategic legal counsel. Additional responsibilities include participating in negotiations, maintaining compliance with legal standards, attending court, and supporting the firm's goals of personalized and results-oriented client service.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and court proceedings
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with legal practices within Pennsylvania, including compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible for admission
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in a law firm or related legal environment is preferred

Compensation

• Salary $70,000-$90,000
