Associate General Counsel – Financial Services

We are seeking a senior attorney to join a dynamic Legal team as Associate General Counsel. This role will serve as a key partner to business leaders, providing legal guidance across client contracts, product development, and regulatory matters within the financial services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex client agreements with financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, and trust companies (e.g., MSAs, DPAs, and related addenda)
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams on contract and product-related matters
• Advise on financial services regulations, including banking, broker-dealer, and deposit-related rules (FDIC, SEC, FINRA, AML/BSA, GLBA)
• Support new and existing product offerings, including development of terms and legal review of enhancements
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and contract management systems
• Partner with Compliance to support regulatory frameworks, policies, and ongoing monitoring
• Review marketing materials and assist with RFP responses as needed
