Overview

A leading Am Law 100 law firm is seeking commercial litigation/civil litigation attorneys with at least 2-3 years of experience. All experience levels are encouraged to apply. This role offers flexible work options, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

Our practice groups have openings for attorneys with experience in Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense. Candidates should be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a strong academic background, proven research abilities, and the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complex civil litigation matters across various practice areas
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings
  • Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in Delaware and reside in the state
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and persuasive speaking abilities
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Trial experience preferred
