Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters across Texas and federal courts
• Handle motions practice, including drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions
• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Manage case strategy from initial filing through resolution
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective litigation approaches

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney or Civil Litigation Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar (TX Bar required)
• Strong experience in Texas state and federal courts
• Proven ability to handle motions practice and courtroom advocacy
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage cases effectively
