Associate Attorney

Peckar & Abramson, a leading nationally recognized construction law firm, is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience with commercial construction and/or government contracts to join our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing contractors on public and private projects and in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards. Candidate must be admitted to the DC bar (or eligible for prompt admission), with Maryland and/or Virginia bar membership a plus.

• The compensation range for this position is $190,000-$225,000 and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
