Our Washington, D.C. office, located in Penn Quarter, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include advising tribal government clients on federal Indian law matters; representing clients before federal agencies and Congress; drafting legal memoranda, contracts, and policy documents; and supporting federal litigation and administrative proceedings.
Qualified candidates will have a J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in federal Indian law, administrative law, or government affairs. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and have experience or a strong interest in legislative and regulatory advocacy. Admission to the D.C. Bar (or the ability to obtain promptly) is required.
