Associate Attorney

Ackerman & Falcon, a plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation firm, is seeking a new Associate to join our growing team in Northern Virginia. Virginia Bar admission is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 0-2 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation
• Strong legal writing skills
• Experience with Neos or similar case management software
• The desire to appear in Court and before the Workers' Compensation Commission

Desirable:

• Ability to speak Spanish
• Law school clinical and trial practice
• Volunteer experience in the community

Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.
