We are working with a well-established, national defense law firm that is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney to join the team!

Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Salary Range: base salary between $110k-$135k/year + bonus
Billable Hour Requirement: 1800/year minimum

Job Details

We are looking for a Trademark Associate that have a strong desire to strengthen their experience and work under senior level attorneys. This position will focus on a variety of trademark duties including searches & clearances, applications & prosecution, portfolio management, and more.

Requirements:
  • J.D. with strong academic performance and membership in good standing with the New York bar
  • Ideally 3-5 years of trademark experience
  • International trademark experience a PLUS!
  • Strong organizational skills
