Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level IP litigation Associate [JD class years 2020-2023] in New York. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of trademark, copyright, or trade secret litigation experience.
• Ability to support a busy docket of high-profile and high-stakes district court and appellate litigation.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal skills.
• New York bar admission required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
