A highly prestigious, multinational Am Law firm is seeking an Entertainment & IP Transactions Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This role focuses on advising technology, digital media, and content-driven companies on sophisticated commercial transactions, including licensing and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on complex commercial transactions, including licensing, data acquisition, and content distribution agreements
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated, bespoke agreements for technology and media clients
• Handle principal-side deal work in the music, entertainment, and digital content industries
• Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Provide counsel on dispute resolution and settlement agreements related to commercial transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on high-value deals
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as an IP Transactions Attorney or Entertainment Transactions Attorney
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Experience in technology transactions or intellectual property licensing preferred
• Background in entertainment, music, or media industries is a plus
• California Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
