Position: Associate Attorney – Probate, Trust & Conservatorship Litigation
Location: Torrance, CA (In-Office Only)
Firm: The Legacy Lawyers, P.C.
Starting Salary: $155,000 to 168,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation
- Develop and execute winning case strategies
- Draft persuasive motions, briefs, settlement proposals, and discovery responses
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Handle discovery, subpoenas, and trial prep
- Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials (when ready)
What You Bring
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Litigation experience or strong desire to develop it
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Professionalism, initiative, and alignment with our values
