We are a plaintiffs’ litigation firm that prosecutes complex class and collective actions nationwide involving state and federal wage-and-hour laws, emerging workplace discrimination and privacy issues, and consumer class actions.
We’re looking for associates with 2–5 years of litigation experience who are exceptional writers, thoughtful litigators, comfortable taking initiative and responsibility, interested in plaintiff-side impact litigation. We’re particularly interested in candidates with federal clerkships.
