What You’ll Do

This isn't a document review role. You will be a self-starter entrusted with handling all aspects of a case from inception through trial. You’ll work directly with experts in the field, receiving top-tier mentorship while being given the autonomy to work your files.

Our core practice areas include:

• Real Estate Litigation: Specific Performance, Partition, Licenses, Title Claims, Declaratory Judgment actions and Adverse Possession.
• Commercial Litigation: Dissolutions and complex business disputes.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a superstar candidate who is ready to take the lead.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial and real estate litigation.
• Skills: Proven ability to navigate the complexities of real estate law and a desire to be in the courtroom.
• Bonus Points: Experience in Construction Law or Surrogate’s Court practice is a significant plus.
• Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of your work and thrives when given responsibility.
