Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney, based in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will handle tasks such as conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in various legal matters. Additionally, responsibilities may include negotiation, client communication, and case preparation for litigation and dispute resolution. The candidate will work closely with clients, colleagues, and team members to ensure high-quality legal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and expertise in Labor and Employment Law.
• Proficiency in Legal Research with the ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents.
• Skills in Negotiation and providing effective Legal Advice to clients.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and present arguments effectively.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
• 2+ years of experience in litigation or relevant practice areas preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

Salary up to $135,000
