Novik Law Group is a growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm representing clients in serious and catastrophic injury matters throughout California.
We are seeking a motivated litigation associate (1–6 years experience) who wants real litigation experience, not just file management.
This position offers the opportunity to actively litigate cases, take depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial with the support of an experienced team.
About the Firm
We focus on serious auto and premises cases and prepare every case as if it will go to trial. We are not a high-volume settlement practice.
Our attorneys are supported by a case manager, paralegal, and staff so they can focus on litigation strategy and advocacy.
The firm is expanding, and this position offers meaningful long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do
You will manage a litigation caseload under supervision and will progressively assume more responsibility as your skill and results progress.
