Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation


Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE)


Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (primarily in-office)


A well-established and respected litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is looking to take ownership of cases from inception through trial preparation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle civil litigation matters from start to finish
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Argue hearings and assist with trial preparation
  • Conduct case investigations and develop defense strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide detailed reporting
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive successful case outcomes


Qualifications:

  • 4–10+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Product liability experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong experience preparing cases for trial (trial experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic
  • Experience interacting directly with clients
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

(Note: Candidates with a background primarily in criminal law will not be considered.)
