Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (primarily in-office)
A well-established and respected litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is looking to take ownership of cases from inception through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle civil litigation matters from start to finish
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue hearings and assist with trial preparation
- Conduct case investigations and develop defense strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide detailed reporting
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive successful case outcomes
Qualifications:
- 4–10+ years of civil litigation experience
- Product liability experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong experience preparing cases for trial (trial experience a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic
- Experience interacting directly with clients
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
