Position Overview

Quijano Law is seeking a Georgia-licensed attorney to handle immigration matters and assist with additional legal work as needed.


This role involves client consultations, case evaluation, legal strategy, and representation. Attorneys are supported by staff who assist with case preparation, allowing a primary focus on legal work and advocacy.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with potential and existing clients for consultations
  • Reviewing filings and supporting documentation
  • Drafting motions, briefs, appeals, and related legal work
  • Representing clients in court, proceedings, and interviews
  • Managing cases from a legal and strategic standpoint
  • Communicating with courts, agencies, and other relevant parties


Requirements

  • Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
  • Experience in immigration law preferred
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and exercise sound judgment
