Investment Management (Private Funds) Associate

About the Job:

Prominent international law firm is seeking experienced attorney to join its distinguished private funds practice group in New York.

Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:

• 2 to 6 years experience in fund formation and investment management
• A strong understanding of fund structures, representation and regulatory compliance relating to private investment funds
• Strong drafting, writing and analytical skills
• Client-facing approach
• Excellent academic credentials

Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar or eligible for waiver into it.

Salary range: $235,000 - $390,000, dependent on factors such as experience and job history.
