A full service law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its lending team. This role involves handling sophisticated commercial lending matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and manage loan and legal documents
• Provide legal counsel on commercial lending matters
• Negotiate loan terms with stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial lending (real estate financing/UCC preferred)
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in MS Word
