Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney / Legal Assistant Paralegal at our Wilmington, DE office. The role involves conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, handling settlement negotiations, and supporting attorneys in case and trial preparation. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a solid understanding of Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Law
• Strong skills in Legal Advice and client consultation
• Excellent Research abilities for case preparation and legal document drafting
• Experience in Negotiation and dispute resolution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school preferred for attorney applicants
• Prior experience in a legal organization is a plus
