Associate Attorney
HARTFORD OR STAMFORD LOCATION
Seeking an associate with at least three years of employment and/or labor law experience. We require a highly motivated, team player who to focus on counseling, compliance, workplace investigations, training, litigation, representation before state and federal agencies, board advisory work, and labor matters.
Qualifications
- Multi-state employment counseling to business leaders representing clients in administrative proceedings.
- Conducting employment diligence, and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Defending employment cases: investigating claims, taking and defending depositions, engaging in the discovery process, preparing and arguing discovery, dispositive, and other motions in state and federal court.
- Drafting multi-state workplace policies, employee handbooks, and related projects.
Requires CT bar admission.
