A respected and dynamic law firm in King of Prussia is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven legal professional to work on diverse, high stakes matters across or specifically in insurance defense, commercial litigation, financial services litigation, employment law, and real estate disputes. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial
• Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, commercial disputes, financial litigation, employment matters, and real estate litigation
• Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
• 2 years of litigation experience minimum
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case priorities
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedures is preferred.
