Messer Strickler Burnette, Ltd. is seeking a qualified associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Florida. MSB is nationally known for its work in commercial and consumer financial services litigation and compliance. We defend financial services companies in civil litigation and regulatory matters and assist our clients with maintaining compliance with the federal, state and local laws that govern them. No matter your passion, MSB gives you the opportunity to pursue it, while learning new things along the way.


Applicants must be licensed and in good standing to practice in Florida. Licensure in other states is a bonus but is not required. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, fast learners, and creative litigators familiar with federal civil litigation. This position can be in-office, hybrid or remote depending upon your location. Salary begins at $100,000 and increases with experience.
