Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Attorney, located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The Attorney will provide legal advice, perform legal research, prepare documentation, and assist with probate cases, trust administration, and business succession planning. Responsibilities may include managing client relationships, handling negotiations, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Attorney will also collaborate with clients to craft personalized strategies that protect their assets and rights.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, especially in the areas of Business, Probate, and Trust Administration
• Proficiency in providing legal advice and crafting tailored client strategies
• Competent in Legal Research and staying updated on relevant statutes and regulatory changes
• Proven Negotiation skills to handle settlements and agreements effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar
• Prior experience in business law or probate law is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
