A well-established defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team handling a high-volume and sophisticated caseload focused primarily on motor vehicle accident defense, with additional exposure to premises liability matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong writer who enjoys litigation strategy, motion practice, and appellate work. The role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on case ownership, and the chance to work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in New York
2+ years of litigation experience preferred (insurance defense strongly preferred)
Strong legal writing skills with demonstrated motion practice experience
Experience drafting appellate briefs or handling appeals is a plus
Familiarity with motor vehicle accident and/or premises liability defense matters preferred
Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
