Newton Kight, LLP is seeking an associate attorney who is newly licensed or an attorney with one- or two-years’ experience for full-time position in Everett. Newton Kight, LLP is small law firm with a long history and strong tradition with over 100 years of practice in our community, primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Litigation, Probate and Guardianship and Conservatorship law. This is an opening level position which historically mentors young lawyers in tried-and-true methods of the ethical practice of law, while adopting the modern technologies with which most law graduates are familiar. Generally, at our firm a newly licensed associate attorneys will find opportunity for quick advancement, and development of their own client base in a collegial environment with the support of our experienced staff. Candidates with a commitment to the Snohomish County community are strongly preferred.
Starting salary range of $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year with a salary review within six months.

The successful associate can anticipate consideration for partnership within 3 to 5 years.
