Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney with at least five years of experience in employment related litigation and transactional employment work to join the team at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively handle and litigate discrimination cases and contract disputes in federal and state court and/or before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor and humans rights agencies.
- Advise and counsel management-side clients on employment matters such as wage and hour audits, workplace policies and procedures, leaves of absence forms and letters, and employee communications.
- Assist clients with employee handbook drafting and review
- Conduct federal and state employment law research and analysis of complex issues
- Prepare employment-related documents, such as employment and severance agreements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Admission to NY BAR
- Excellent academic credentials
- At least five years of experience in management-side employment related litigation and transactional employment work
