Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • Base Salary: $145,000–$175,000
  • Aggressive Quarterly Bonus Program: 3%–16% of all realized revenue No billable hour requirement — bonuses tied to objective metrics
  • $5,000 sign‑on bonus for starts before May 31st
  • Student Loan Support Program: Quarterly firm-paid loan assistance after 1 year
  • Compensation upside is high for strong performers
