Position Overview
The Real Estate Associate will support a dynamic practice focused on complex commercial real estate matters. This role provides hands-on experience across a wide range of transactions, working directly with sophisticated clients and experienced legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Real estate finance
- Leasing
- Development projects
- Joint venture transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic legal support throughout all stages of real estate deals
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Strong experience with complex real estate transactions
- Excellent drafting and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- J.D. required and admission to practice in Colorado
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $210,000 – $290,000 (based on experience)
