Providing timely and effective legal support to attorneys. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. 3-5 years of experience
Team culture/work environment:
• Joining litigation team
•Supporting the lawyers and paralegals with legal holds, document collection, and drafting basic templates
•Admin supporting- file management
•Overflow and ad hoc support when needed
Key projects:
• No big projects, will be there for overflow support
Technology requirements?:
•Microsoft Office Suite
•Smartsheet’s
•Excel
•Wolter’s Kluwer (Office Companion)- highly desired but not required
Degree or certifications required?:
•Associate's degree required
•Paralegal certification (very nice to have)

Daily Responsibilities:
• 9-5, 8-hour days, some flexibility
•Reviewing emails, scheduling calls amongst attorney/clients
•Connecting with internal partner on document collection
•Investigation, initial case evaluations, must be able to dig deep and summarize
•Computers and phones will be a majority of the day
•Light meetings, but mostly individual work

•Moderate to high based on daily needs

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
