A respected and growing litigation-focused firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join its Chicago office. This role is designed for experienced litigators who can independently manage cases, represent clients in court, and deliver strategic legal guidance across all phases of litigation.
This partner-track position offers significant autonomy, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to lead litigation matters from inception through resolution. Attorneys will play a key role in shaping case strategy and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and other litigation matters
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and complex legal documents
• Develop and execute litigation strategies across multiple cases
• Advise clients on legal risks, case developments, and business-related matters
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Manage litigation matters independently from initial filing through final resolution
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
• Strong courtroom advocacy and trial experience
• Admission to a U.S. Bar required (Illinois Bar preferred)
• Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independent case responsibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction (Michigan Bar noted; Illinois preferred)
